Offsite Munich - Developing our team skills

Functionals are especially performance driven, empathetic and enthusiastic learners!

How are we so confident about that? Well…

Each quarter we come together from all over Germany to discuss about the direction of our team and company. And last week we reflected on our individual strengths, communication skills and energy-drivers for two days.

We believe in the individual strength of each colleague and wanted to support the entire team to reflect and build on them. With the great support of Rodewald-Partner, we gave each functional colleague the ability to reflect in advance within a personal coaching session re: his / her strength and personal development potentials and shared the learnings within the entire team.

These results layed the foundation for an open and deep reflection, which in the end enabled us to get together and help each person to grow individually by understanding themselves better. 💪

With the gained understanding and various methods at hand, we then met up to discuss these skills and types. We examined our strengths, energy sources and personalities to be more conscious not just about ourselves, but also about the potential, that we yield in our team environments.
Said methods aimed at getting another point of view and having to discuss consequences and motives of our actions, vastly reflecting many facettes of our behaviours to conclude pros and cons, which individually granted us access to a clearer view about our uniqueness.
Consequently leading us to discussing chances and challenges in each others working environments and how to amplify our impact through the utilization of our skills combined with our types and strengths.
In the end of the Workshop, we concluded actions, that we should take, to achieve a sustainable approach on constant team improvement, development and directions.

In between of our sessions we enjoyed a very good time with one another accomodated by delicious meals, snacks and drinks. With various discussions on topics revolving around the workspace and what each one has learned about themselves on one side and philosophical and amusing political discussions on the other side, there really was a lot going on.

We know for sure: This Offsite was a massive success! We learned a lot about who we are, how we handle ourselves better in different situations, who we want to become and are really happy with the outcome! Now we are eager to apply these insights in our projects and daily lifes.

After the two days we can say that it was the best Offsite we had (which we said the one before already as well.) – Let’s see what comes next. 🚀
